Alright Acmemaniacs this is the event you’ve been waiting for! The FIRST EVER Bash In The Boro Weekend! A full weekend event showcasing the truest art forms in the world, comics and pro-wrestling!

We’re kicking off the weekend on Saturday June 18th with a release party for Do A PowerBomb! #1, the latest and greatest from superstar creator DANIEL WARREN JOHNSON and MIKE SPICER, published by Image Comics.

This ain’t just any old release party. The most electrifying man in comics today, DANIEL WARREN JOHNSON, will be making an extremely rare appearance right here at Acme Comics!

We’re pulling out all the stops for Do A PowerBomb #1 including an ACME COMICS EXCLUSIVE VARIANT drawn by DWJ himself with colors by Mike Spicer. Our variant (shown below) features the one and only Acme Bat teaming up with the book’s protagonist, Lona Steelrose!

As part of Bash In The ‘Boro weekend, we’re tag teaming with local wrestling promotion, Fire Star Pro Wrestling (FSPW) to help them celebrate their 10 Year Anniversary Knockout! The FSPW 10th Anniversary show will take place over two nights, Saturday June 18th, and Sunday June 19th, at The Firestar Arena right here in Greensboro, North Carolinaaaa!
