Acme E-Mail Update #10: It Came from the Back Room!

We're doing some late Spring cleaning around here and are turning up some rather cool things from the depths of the legendary back rooms. So keep your eyes peeled for goodies appearing on all areas of our fine sales floor.

We'd like to thanks all subscribers who have been keeping a tight and up-to-date pull list and have been going above and beyond to pick up everything they have on hold in the timeliest of fashions. Such efforts do not go unnoticed and Acme will respond with coolness as opportunities arise!

That being said, and this hurts me more than it does you, a couple of customers have not yet learned that Acme staff actually talk to one another. That means that if, oh I don't know say: one of us sells you a book that you had on hold and tells you that we will have a second copy for you shortly, you probably shouldn't come back the next day and fail to mention to the employee on duty that you already got your initial copy thereby buying a second copy that was on hold for someone else. Because I do find out about that kind of thing. I really do. Not cool. We are more than happy to help and do our very best to make good on the things we say we will do, so there's no need for such tactics at all.
